I want to Return/Replace my Book?
- Return/Replace is only accepted in case of Damage/Misprint Book Received
If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
- The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is received back to us.
Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
- No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period (12 hours after item delivered) mentioned in the Returns Policy.
Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?
- Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.
How cancel order before receive?
- Log into your BabajiBook account
- Go to My Orders
- Open the order which you wish to cancel within 24 hours.
- Click on ‘Cancel’ on that particular order.
- Or You can whatsapp on +91 9327330069 and request for cancellation
- Order can not be cancelled after 24 hours
- Cancellation is not permitted without valid reason
- Order can not be cancelled if your parcel is already dispatched
How do returns work?
You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
- Go to Return request form.
- Fill the form with viable reason.
- Wait for call from customer support department.
- You will receive mails regarding further process.

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.
I can’t see the ‘Cancel’ button. Why?
- Cancellation of order can be place up to 24 hour after placement of order.
- The item has been delivered already.
